Given their challenging mechanical and geometric characteristics, we employ advanced casting and inspection technologies.
Cylinder heads are produced using the tilt gravity casting process, while the cylinder engine blocks are created through low-pressure casting with inorganic sand cores.
Our internally developed foundry systems allow us to supply these components fully machined and assembled, ready for integration into our customers’ production lines.
